Voice Intelligence Hub is an end-to-end voice analytics platform. It transcribes call recordings, separates who said what (diarization), and analyzes the conversation to extract sentiment, key topics, and action items — giving contact centers and sales teams insight that used to be locked inside audio.

- Thousands of call recordings held valuable insight that no one had time to listen to.
- Accurate transcription and reliable speaker separation are hard at scale.
- Teams needed structured signals — sentiment, topics, action items — not raw transcripts.
- The pipeline had to process audio end to end without manual steps.
Our Solution
- Used OpenAI Whisper for high-accuracy transcription across varied audio quality.
- Added speaker diarization so transcripts attribute each line to the right participant.
- Applied NLP to extract sentiment, key topics, and action items from each conversation.
- Wrapped the full pipeline in a FastAPI service for automated, scalable processing.
